I just paid and my VPN account was not activated

Accounts are activated automatically if you paid with bitcoin or via Paypal (except for eCheck when confirmation can take up to a week) and the payment went through. In case of bitcoin underpayments or overpayments, let us know as we have to manually process the order.
Credit/debit card and other payment methods are usually processed within a few minutes, but sometimes are delayed by several hours.
If you already have an active account with us, we have to activate your new one manually. Let us know whether you need a separate new account or you want to extend the existing subscription. 

Always make sure you check your SPAM/Junk mail folder for our activation email. Also make sure that the email address you used is the correct one (an order confirmation is sent before making any payment, so that should be in your inbox regardless of payment status).
